01 / PLANNING

Give the site access story

Describe the approach road, gate arrangements and the person who can authorize entry. Include whether a normal vehicle can reach the work area. The nearest town is useful for coordination, but it does not establish the labor or travel required to reach a remote position.

02 / PLANNING

Choose a location that survives the work phase

Trees, material stacks and moving plant can affect the view around a temporary installation. Identify the planned work area and expected changes during the project. Keep the equipment away from active traffic routes and agree who may move it if site operations change.

03 / PLANNING

Define responsibility at demobilization

Temporary service still needs an account owner and a removal plan. State whether the kit goes to another project, returns to storage or remains with the property. Ask for the safe shutdown and packing process to be part of the handover.
