RNP / PRIVACY

Your project.
Your information.

This notice covers the Starlink installation enquiry form operated by WITH RNP LLC. Effective October 14, 2026.

What the form collects

We collect the contact and project details you enter, your consent and a submission reference. When available, the record includes campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, the landing-page path and the referring website’s hostname. These help us understand which enquiries our marketing produces.

How we use it

RNP uses the information to assess scope and availability, contact you about the requested project, prepare a potential quote and manage follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or authorize an installation.

Storage, access and cookies

Enquiry records are encrypted in private cloud storage. Access to the review workspace requires RNP authentication. We use a short-lived security cookie and browser session storage for form protection, retry handling and campaign attribution. The form does not store your contact fields in browser session storage. Abuse controls retain a keyed representation of the submitting network address and an hourly request count, rather than the raw address in the enquiry record.

Who can receive the details

Authorized RNP staff and infrastructure providers process the record for this workflow. If a delivery partner is needed, RNP may share the project details needed to assess or deliver the requested service. We do not publish your submission.

Keeping and correcting a record

We keep enquiries while needed to assess and manage the project and meet applicable business requirements. To request correction or deletion, use RNP’s contact page and include your enquiry reference if you have it. Retention or deletion requirements are reviewed for the specific record.

What to leave out

Do not submit account passwords, access codes, payment information or sensitive documents. The first enquiry needs only city and ZIP code; exact addresses and photos can be requested later when relevant.
