01 / PLANNING
Gather information from safe positions
You do not need to climb a roof or open electrical equipment to request a review. Note building type, approximate height, visible trees and the areas needing internet. If you can safely use the Starlink app’s obstruction check at a candidate location, describe the result.
02 / PLANNING
Identify decisions that need an owner
Name the person who can approve roof work, site access and changes to the network. For leased premises or managed properties, determine who must authorize the proposed scope. Installation planning cannot substitute for property permission or a jurisdiction’s requirements.
03 / PLANNING
Keep the first enquiry focused
Provide city and ZIP code, existing hardware, number of sites or vehicles and desired timing. Describe access constraints and the practical outcome you want. Do not send passwords, payment details, access codes or sensitive business records through the public form.
| Part of the project | Information that helps |
|---|---|
| Home or property | Roof type, trees, occupied rooms and detached buildings |
| Business | Current circuit, network owner and priority applications |
| Vehicle | Model, use pattern, roof equipment and power source |
| Temporary site | Mobilization date, access contact and expected moves |
