01 / PLANNING

Make mobility part of the requirement

A trailer outside Madras or Prineville may move during the project. Specify expected relocations, whether the kit stays with the trailer and who is allowed to reposition it. Repeated moves can favor a different mounting approach from a long-term fixed office.

02 / PLANNING

Name the practical site constraints

Include site access hours, safety induction, available power and a secure equipment position. Describe future structures or stored materials that may obstruct the view. RNP confirms whether the project can be delivered only after these inputs and local resources are reviewed.

03 / PLANNING

Set a clean beginning and end

The initial handover should identify the connection name, network owner and basic checks. The closeout should identify who removes the mount, restores any affected surface and manages the Starlink account. Those tasks prevent a temporary installation from becoming an unmanaged leftover.
