Buyer account applications
When you apply for a buyer account, we collect the business entity details, business registration and tax identifiers you choose to provide, addresses, purchasing and accounts payable contacts, purchasing requirements, requested payment terms, trade references, and representative declaration entered in the form.
Provide business contact information for trade references only when you are authorized to share it. Do not include personal tax numbers, identity documents, payment card details, bank credentials, or other sensitive personal information.
We use application information to assess and follow up on your account request, clarify purchasing requirements, review the trade references you provide where appropriate, and maintain an internal record of the review. Submitting an application does not activate an account or approve credit or payment terms.
How we use contact inquiries
We use contact-form information to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss the services you request, and maintain a record of that conversation. We do not sell contact-form or buyer-application information.

Inquiry and application details are stored using the website’s hosting and storage services. Buyer applications are encrypted in private storage and reviewed through RNP’s protected internal system. Access is limited to the people and service providers involved in handling them.
Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate, secure, and maintain the website. The account application uses a temporary form-session cookie and submission limits to protect the service and handle retries. Application drafts are held in the open page and are not saved in browser local storage.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms necessary to provide access and protect the service.
Your information
To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, contact RNP and mention your privacy request. If you have an application reference, include it. We will consider the request along with any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
