01 / PLANNING

Quote the phase, not just the address

An early works compound may move as construction progresses. State when the site opens, where the trailer will sit and how long the connection is needed. Describe nearby cranes, stored materials and areas that will become buildings; a clear sky position today may change.

02 / PLANNING

Agree on site access and custody

Identify the superintendent or authorized contact who can escort a technician, approve mounting and secure equipment. State induction requirements and allowed work windows before a date is proposed. Portable equipment still needs a plan for tampering, vehicle traffic and safe cable routing.

03 / PLANNING

Define the network boundary

Separate office connectivity from contractor guest access and connected site devices. Your IT team should approve any connection to business systems. At completion, record who takes down the kit, who owns it and whether the account is moved, paused or retained under the applicable plan.
